As an Analytics Engineer, you will help us build a first-class analytics platform and spread data literacy throughout the company. You will work with a range of technologies, including Snowflake, dbt, Tableau, Google Cloud Platform, Gitlab, Datadog, Airflow, to design, develop, and maintain dbt models, Tableau dashboards and reports.

As an Analytics Engineer, you will:

• Work with different business counterparts to gather requirements, consolidate terms and metrics and make recommendations implementing new ones.
• Source system and ad-hoc analysis to discover new patterns from data and validate business rules.
• Build Tableau data sources and visualizations, hands-on sessions with our internal customers.
• Maintain and improve dbt models.
• Educate your colleagues on everything data related.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and help them make data-informed decisions. You will also help to establish best practices for data management and analytics within the organization.

As a 5-star candidate, you:

• Have 3+ years of experience in a data-related role (e.g. data analyst, business intelligence developer, analytics engineer, data scientist).
• Are proficient with SQL, and experience with python is a plus.
• Have experience with business analytics tools, preferably Tableau.
• Have experience working with dimensional data models.
• Possess great communication skills, both written and oral.
