About the role 🧑🏻‍💼

We are looking for a People Operations Specialist to join our team and play a key role in our mission by supporting our team of Bobstars.

You'll be working closely with the People team in implementing, improving and managing highly effective people processes to support the full employee lifecycle, such as onboarding, offboarding, employee engagement, learning, development, benefits and perks. You'll be creating and distributing paperwork and liaising with multiple stakeholders, and making key changes in BambooHR and other systems.

You'll be providing support and advice to employees and managers across the business on people, problems and policies and helping Bob W meet legislative requirements in the countries we operate in.

Additionally, you'll contribute to other People Operations projects and incentives by driving process improvement initiatives.

This role will be a great fit if 🧩 

🤓 You have 2+ years of experience in HR operations or similar. 

🧑‍⚖️ You have passion and an eye for employment legislation in Estonia. It is considered a bonus if you have international experience. 

🎢 You thrive in a high-growth startup environment and are enthusiastic to continuously improve processes. 

⛹️ Switching between tasks in an organised manner comes naturally to you without missing a detail.

🗺️ You are a self-starter who can take the idea to creation as a team member or independently.

🚨 You are confident and composed in decision-making and can effectively prioritise and adapt to change.

🎤 You have excellent interpersonal and top-notch English skills to communicate with employees of all levels.
