• Provide ‘world class’ experiences for our guests to ensure that when they travel, they don’t book a ‘hotel,’ they book a ‘Bob’
• Be Bob’s ‘go to guy/gal’ for local events and cultural knowledge to offer our guests authentic experiences
• Bring happy, positive energy when working autonomously or as part of a team
• Challenge convention, yourself and our teams to recognise best practices and future operational enhancements or opportunities
• Conduct housekeeping quality audits to ensure that we maintain our ‘ridiculously clean’ standards for guests and effectively manage our partnership with our supplier
• Be the ‘troubleshooting king/queen’ for reactive operations tasks
• Conduct property inspections to ensure that we prepare considered planned preventative maintenance works to maintain our high-quality product
• Establish, improve & implement Bob’s standard operating procedures
• Manage Health & Safety compliance in your dedicated property
