New Openings Marketing Manager

The role:
Bob W is seeking a talented New Openings Marketing Manager to join our Growth team. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Senior/Middle-level marketing professional with a strong background in launching new hotels. You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies and initiatives to successfully launch all our new properties. The role requires project management skills, experience working with agencies, ramping up the property, event management, and a proven track record of successful hotel launches. We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our budget planning, PR campaigns, and innovative activations to elevate our brand and drive revenue growth
Furthermore, you will:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and initiatives to successfully launch our new accommodation properties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of marketing projects
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure the timely delivery of marketing materials and initiatives
- Develop and execute pre-opening marketing plans, including but not limited to; digital and social media campaigns, email marketing, direct mail, and/or advertising
- Manage the property ramp-up process, including collaborating with operational teams to ensure a seamless marketing launch from construction to opening
- Plan and execute events to drive awareness and excitement around the opening of the hotel
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, and adjust marketing plans accordingly
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, providing regular reporting to the senior leadership team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including local media, influencers, and partners
Our 5-star candidate has:
- Bachelor's or Masters's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on hotel launches or related fields
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working with external agencies and vendors
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Event management experience
- Experience ramping-up hotel properties
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Experience with digital marketing and social media campaigns
- Proven track record of successfully launching new hotels
