As a Senior Communications Manager, you will lead and refine our organization's communication strategy, ensuring brand consistency across various platforms. Your role encompasses developing comprehensive communication plans, brand management, media relations, marketing communication, and crisis communication. You will manage and mentor a team, balancing creativity with analytical skills to enhance brand visibility and stakeholder engagement. Your expertise in content creation, influencer collaboration, and internal communication will be essential in driving our brand's growth and maintaining its integrity in a competitive market.
Additionally, in this role, you will be responsible for:
Developing and implementing comprehensive communication strategies that align with organizational goals and enhance brand image.
- Managing all aspects of media relations, public relations, and crisis communications to maintain and improve brand visibility and reputation.
- Leading marketing communication and social media initiatives to increase audience engagement and drive conversions.
- Creating and overseeing compelling content across various platforms, ensuring consistency with brand messaging.
- Directing and nurturing a team, fostering collaboration, and enhancing team capabilities and performance.
- Analyzing communication efforts, managing budgets efficiently, and making strategic decisions based on data and KPIs.
A 5-star candidate has:
- 7+ years of work experience in the communications field, focusing on strategic communication planning, brand management, media relations, and digital communications.
- Proven experience in strategic communication planning and brand management, with a strong understanding of marketing communications and social media strategies.
- Expertise in media relations, public relations, and crisis communication, with a track record of securing positive media coverage and managing brand reputation.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and development, fostering collaboration, and driving team success.
- Proficiency in content creation and management, coupled with the ability to engage diverse audiences across various platforms.
- Analytical skills for evaluating communication strategies, with experience in budget management and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including adaptability, creative thinking, and emotional intelligence.
Nice to have:
Multilingual: Ability to communicate effectively in additional languages.
Crisis Management Training or Certification
