The Role
As our Regional Sales Lead for Western Europe, you will play a pivotal role in elevating our commercial success in the UK, the Netherlands, and beyond. You’ll drive the acquisition, growth, and retention of corporate clients while leading and inspiring a small regional sales team to deliver exceptional results.

In this role, you will:
Identify, prospect, and secure new local corporate clients, primarily in the UK.
Grow and fully manage existing UK accounts through a Total Account Management approach.
Sign and expand SME clients into Bob W’s direct SME corporate programme.
Lead and support the sales teams in the Netherlands (and later Germany) to achieve regional goals.
Set clear objectives, foster a strong team culture, and model best practices and Bob W’s values.
Track sales performance, maintain accurate CRM data, and report to key stakeholders.
Build long-term partnerships and represent Bob W at trade shows, FAM trips, and client events.
Use Bob W’s unique selling points creatively to win corporate business and market share.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven strategies and improvements.
Develop and execute strategic business and account plans to expand market presence and revenue.
Our 5-star candidate:
Has 5+ years of hospitality sales or B2B business development experience across multiple locations.
Brings at least 2 years of leadership experience with a proven ability to deliver results through a team.
Possesses a strong network of corporate accommodation buyers, especially in the UK.
Is a proactive self-starter with a track record of generating, pitching, and closing deals.
Excels at problem-solving, turning insights into clear actions that drive business results.
Communicates effectively, builds strong relationships, and contributes to an inclusive culture.
Prioritises high-value revenue opportunities and manages time and tasks efficiently.
Demonstrates strong account management skills, including onboarding, growing, and penetrating accounts.
Is organised, reliable, and confident using CRM tools and structured sales processes.
Is fluent in English; German or Dutch is highly desirable.
