Application Review
We review all applications personally; no bots here. To ensure that all applicants have a fair chance at being invited to interview, we only accept applications via our career page and job ads.
Introductory Interview
In this step, we'll cover info about Bob W, the role, your background, and experience and possible fit. This can be either a video call or a face to face meeting.
Home Assignment
With the home assignment, you'll have a chance to showcase your skills and knowledge while learning more about the role and its expectations. Generally the home assignment is presented to one or a few team members.
Team Meeting / On-site Visit
Depending on the role, you may be invited to a team meeting or an on-site visit to explore our work environment, culture and dynamics.
Final interview
During the final interview, you will meet a department head for a short (video) chat to get a 360° view of the organisation.
Offer
After mutually determining that we are an excellent fit for each other, you'll receive a job offer to become a Bobstar!
