How we hire

Application Review
Every application is reviewed by a real human. To keep things fair and streamlined, we only accept applications through our career page or job ads, no backdoors or side channels.

Intro Chat
We’ll jump on a video call or meet in person, whatever works best. You’ll learn more about us, the role, and we’ll get to know you beyond the CV. It’s a two-way conversation, not an interrogation.

Home Assignment
Here’s your moment to shine. You’ll complete a task that reflects the role, giving us a glimpse of your thinking and giving you a feel for the work we do. You’ll usually share this with a few friendly faces from the team.

Team Meet / On-site Visit
Depending on the role, we might invite you to meet the wider team or swing by one of our locations. It’s a great way to get a feel for our culture, people and space.

Offer
If it’s a match on both sides, we’ll send over an offer to make it official - you’re about to become a Bobstar.

Final interview
A short call with a department lead to round things off. It’s your chance to ask anything, get a fuller view of the team, and see what makes our constellation of Bobstars tick.
It’s a big decision - for both of us.
Our hiring process can flex slightly based on the role and department, but we’ll keep you in the loop at every stage. Our goal? To make the journey as thoughtful, transparent, and human as the work we do.
