The Role
Are you organised, hands-on, and do you love keeping things running smoothly? As our Operations Coordinator, you’ll take responsibility for our aparthotels in and around Munich, ensuring our guests feel right at home. If you enjoy working independently, keeping the big picture in mind, and taking initiative rather than waiting for instructions, this could be your next move.
This is a flexibly scheduled role covering 7 days a week with two days off. Standard hours are 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, though shifts may rotate based on business needs. The role is primarily hands-on and on-site, complemented by administrative tasks that you will manage independently.

In this role, you will:
Provide our guests with a world-class experience, ensuring they always choose Bob over a traditional hotel.
Act as the main point of contact on the ground in Munich, independently managing the daily operations of our properties.
Tackle challenges big and small, whether it’s Wi-Fi, tech issues, or cleaning.
Perform cleaning cross-checks to ensure our extremely high standards and manage our service providers.
Regularly inspect the buildings and proactively identify maintenance needs to ensure high-quality upkeep.
Take the lead on safety standards and documentation.
Contribute ideas on how we can make our processes even smarter.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm in fast-paced situations.
A basic understanding of digital tech and systems.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
A high level of accuracy and an eye for detail.
Fluent in German and English.
Currently living near Munich or willing to relocate.
