The Role

At Bob W, our housekeeping team is the heartbeat of every unforgettable guest stay. As our Housekeeping Supervisor, you’ll lead a team of housekeepers to deliver exceptional standards of cleanliness, comfort, and consistency across our apartments in Athens. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll manage daily operations, coach and support your team, and make sure every guest feels at home from the moment they walk in. In this role, you will:

• Oversee and continuously improve local housekeeping operations in line with Bob W’s high standards.

• Lead, motivate and coach a team of housekeepers, providing regular feedback and recognising success.

• Ensure apartments and public spaces are always guest-ready, clean, and well-maintained.

• Own the local housekeeping budget (P&L) and manage supplier relationships with accountability.

• Troubleshoot maintenance or tech issues, either resolving or escalating as needed.

• Support your team with hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development.

• Jump in hands-on when needed, including providing 24/7 support for guest emergencies.

• Collaborate closely with the wider local Operations team to keep everything running smoothly.

• Has prior experience in housekeeping or hospitality leadership, with a strong understanding of high-quality cleaning and maintenance operations.

• Is a proactive problem-solver who can manage multiple priorities with calm and clarity.

• Communicates clearly, kindly and effectively with guests, team members and partners.

• Has a strong sense of accountability and can manage a budget and local suppliers with confidence.

• Coaches and develops their team, gives regular feedback, and leads by example.

• Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a bias for action.

• Is fluent in English and Greek.

• Is based in Athens and authorised to work in Greece.

• Lives and breathes hospitality and is driven to create outstanding guest experiences every day.
