The Role
As an Ecommerce Specialist, you’ll help shape how customers experience Bob W online — from first visit through to booking and beyond. You’ll deliver high-impact content, improve the customer journey, and drive conversion, supporting our ambition to become Europe’s most loved hospitality brand.
You are a proactive professional who thrives at the intersection of content and performance. You will collaborate on cross-functional projects, including personalisation, retention, and brand alignment, to turn insights into measurable improvements.
This is a hybrid role based in Tallinn. While we value flexibility, we love catching up in person and expect the team to come to the office regularly.
Annual Gross Salary: 27,000€ - 34,000€

In this role, you will:
Own end-to-end management, including localisation and translation, ensuring content supports marketing and trading priorities.
Use data (Mixpanel, GA, GSC) to identify opportunities and support ongoing site performance improvements.
Continually identify, test, and implement improvements to the digital customer journey and lifecycle marketing communications.
Manage on-page optimisation, content publishing, and collaboration with our SEO agency.
Create briefs for onsite campaigns and turn insights into continuous experimentation.
Work with various teams to navigate competing priorities and ensure brand alignment across the digital experience.
Our 5-star candidate:
2+ years in e-commerce or digital marketing (travel or hospitality experience is a plus).
Strong experience in content management (CMS/DXP platforms like Kentico) and basic HTML/CSS.
Familiarity with analytics tools (Mixpanel, GA) and an understanding of SEO fundamentals.
Experience managing localisation and translation.
Commercial mindset with a focus on conversion and customer value.
Ambitious and hungry to learn, with the ability to navigate competing priorities and collaborate effectively across different teams.
Fluent in English, with strong skills in written communication and copywriting.
Nice to have:
Experience working with agencies.
Familiarity with ESPs (e.g., Sendgrid).
Exposure to CRO, personalisation, and customer journey orchestration.
Interest in generative AI, martech ecosystems, and agile ways of working.
