The Role

As a .NET Full Stack Engineer, your primary focus will be the development and evolution of our public platform, bobw.co. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with product managers, designers, and our Commercial team to translate growth objectives into high-converting features. You will be responsible for continuously optimising the user experience and refining our conversion funnels. We embrace a flexible hybrid schedule that includes weekly touchpoints at our Tallinn office.

In this role, you will:

• Take ownership of developing complex software tasks and the end-to-end development of our public website.

• Conduct automated testing and maintain thorough documentation of the process.

• Deploy software and monitor for potential errors and performance bottlenecks.

• Perform code reviews and provide high-quality, constructive feedback to your peers.

• Identify bottlenecks and collaborate on software design and architecture, considering the system as a whole.

• Lead architecture initiatives and drive process improvements, establishing best practices across the department.

• Participate in the hiring process and mentor less experienced engineers.

• Ensure service monitoring is robustly implemented.

• Drive product improvements by actively collaborating with Product Managers and stakeholders.

Our 5-star candidate:

• Is an expert in leveraging AI coding assistants to significantly accelerate development cycles.

• Is eager to join a high-growth startup and help disrupt the hospitality industry.

• Has 5+ years of experience with C# and the .NET ecosystem.

• Has 3+ years of experience with React or Vue.

• Is experienced in close collaboration with cross-functional engineering and product teams.

• Is proficient in English, both written and oral.

• Communicates ideas clearly and persuasively to the broader team.

• Possesses a broad outlook on technology and the global landscape.

• Has a proven track record of taking ownership and leading successful initiatives.

• Is a champion for continuous learning, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends.

Nice to have:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a STEM field.

• Experience working across multiple tech stacks.

• Experience working with Xperience by Kentico.

• An entrepreneurial mindset and previous experience in a startup environment.
