The Role
Bob W is looking for a commercially minded Product Manager to grow direct bookings, loyalty adoption, and marketplace revenue.
You will own product initiatives across three high-impact commercial areas: website experience and conversion, our services marketplace, and loyalty programme. You will own the product journeys that convert visitors into guests, guests into members, and stays into additional revenue.
This is a role for someone who combines strong product judgement, sharp UX thinking, data fluency, and a clear commercial mindset. You should be comfortable turning ambiguity into structure and motivated by seeing your work move real business metrics.
The role sits in Product and works closely with Engineering and Commercial teams.

In this role, you will:
Own the product roadmap for your area and the day-to-day execution.
Drive direct revenue growth by optimising website booking conversion and turning users into guests.
Grow Inner Circle adoption and contribution to repeat behaviour by improving the digital loyalty experience - including signup, member recognition, life cycle communication, and repeat-booking flow.
Increase marketplace revenue by improving discovery and conversion for existing products, optimising attach rates, and launching new products and services.
Define and track product metrics, use qualitative insights and funnel data to measure impact and continuously improve the product.
Design, execute, and evaluate experiments, including A/B testing to inform and validate product decisions.
Partner closely with Engineering to shape and ship high-quality product.
Work closely with Commercial stakeholders to identify opportunities and align on shared business goals.

A commercial mindset: You think in terms of business impact - whether revenue, conversion, repeat behaviour, attach rate, or margin.
A track record of moving metrics: You have worked on critical business metrics and driven measurable outcomes.
Strong data literacy: You are comfortable analysing funnels, interpreting user behaviour, defining metrics, and making decisions with imperfect data.
Experimentation experience: You have run A/B tests and understand how to use experiments to guide product decisions.
Strong UX judgement: You have a clear sense of what great looks like and can identify friction in the user experience.
Structured thinking: You can take abstract, messy problems and turn them into clear opportunities, priorities, trade-offs, and next steps.
Strong communication skills: You can collaborate effectively with stakeholders and ensure everyone is moving in the same direction.
High ownership and momentum: You are organised, proactive, and always focused on achieving your goal.
