Hi there! My name is Katri and I am a Head of Guest Success here at Bob W.

I joined as a Customer Support Specialist 4 years ago and since then lots of things changed. Our department is now called "Guest Success" and is geared toward providing guests with a world-class experience by going above and beyond to make their stay with Bob unforgettable.

Our Guest Success team is a tight-knitted bunch, that knows how to support one another and have fun regardless of where we are located.
