The Role
As a Distribution Coordinator, you will support the Distribution and Commercial teams in ensuring exceptional accuracy, consistency, and operational efficiency across all online sales platforms. You’ll play a key role in setting up and optimising our systems and listings as we rapidly expand across Europe, making sure every detail is correct and every process runs smoothly.
You bring a proactive, get-it-done mindset and an exceptional eye for detail—nothing slips past you. You’re naturally curious and eager to understand how even small changes can impact the wider system, and you take pride in spotting gaps before they become issues. In this role, you will co-own the integrity and quality of our online listings, ensuring they meet the highest standards across all platforms. Your passion for e-commerce is matched by a commitment to maintaining polished, fully optimised listings that accurately reflect the Bob W brand.

You will be responsible for:
Managing with day-to-day administration tasks, channel updates, and data accuracy across systems.
Ensuring 100% content quality scores on all online sales channels through rigorous QA and listing checks.
Overseeing content optimisation, consistency, and accuracy to drive conversions and ensure brand integrity.
Supporting the administrative setup of PMS, RMS, GDS, and channel managers to prepare properties for launch.
Assisting with new OTA/sales channel onboarding, including configuration, testing, and full documentation of processes.
Supporting the rate loading process and maintaining rate parity across all platforms with a direct-is-best approach.
Conducting market observations and benchmarking to identify trends, innovation, and opportunities for improvement.
Keeping internal SOPs, onboarding documentation, and training materials up to date.
Our 5-star candidate has:
2+ years of experience in the hotel industry, online content management, or commercial hospitality operations.
Excellent attention to detail and content QA skills, with experience managing and auditing OTA extranet systems.
Working knowledge of PMS, CRS, RMS, GDS, and channel managers (experience with Mews and Siteminder is a plus).
Understanding rate parity principles, e-commerce performance metrics, and OTA content scoring systems.
Strong organisational and administrative capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities accurately.
Analytical thinking and a proactive mindset with a curiosity for systems, structure, and improving workflows.
Experience in a fast-paced, start-up or scale-up hospitality environment is preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
